Thanks for taking the time to speak with me today I discussed this customer with everyone in the office and here are the particulars that might be useful We delivered the chicken coop as ordered Coop was rejected because of the floor and roof that had already been approved and paid for by the customer Full refund was promptly initiated and received by the customer a week later.It sounds like a situation where the money spent was somehow urgently needed somewhere else by the time their coop was ready Thank you for your time and effort on our behalf

I just finished working with this company for the install of a large high barn. They were wonderful to work with. The structure was large enough to require a permit and they took care of all of the steps for me and kept me up formed all along the process. The crews that came to do the construction and the roofing were courteous and hard-working. This was a great experience and I would recommend them to any of my friends.
