I was in car accident, use Bacon and Wilson for my lawyers. Settlement of $9,000. was done, I was to receive $6,000.I had a bill of $400. with them on another matter. So my end settlement was $5,600. I sign the check on May 1, 2014 of $(9,000) they was to take their 1/3 of settlement and pay off my bill and send me the rest. I have not receive the money. I have called and called. The accounted ([redacted]) and [redacted]( [redacted]) have told me that my lawyer [redacted] will call me. No calls back. I just want my money that is owe to me.On another matter with them is, My mother's estate( [redacted]) is in that office and [redacted] is the lawyer. There is 10 people in the will. I was going to buy out 2 of them so I brought in a check for $8,200. I didn't buy them out so I ask for my check back. I have Never received it! This has been months, of calling and leaving messages to [redacted] and getting no where. I am not personally responsible for the whole estate bill. I am the only one getting the estate bills. Everyone in the will of the estate is responsible. I even told [redacted] that I would pay my share of the estate bill. To try to get my money back. Got no where. I am a senior raising 2 grandkids on social security. That is a total of $13,800 of my money this company has and will not give me. That's a lot of money to me. I have a roof leaking and can't fix because this company will not give me my money. I had send a email informing them I was gone to file a complain to the "Board of overseer". That seem to get them to give me my money.
