Unfortunately I have to write about a negative experience with this company, and I didn't even get to use their services. I've heard about this company on the radio and saw their booth at the [redacted], spoke with the two gentlemen there and was very excited to have someone come give me a quote. I received two calls from an employee there before I returned the call. I have no issue that they called me and I had a contact there to use. The voicemail that was left told me to return the call whenever was convenient for me. So I called one morning on my way to work and the employee answered the phone, I'm guessing it's a personal cellphone since he did not answer by stating his name or who he worked for, he sounded very irritated that I would call so early and I just informed him that I would be looking to set something up later in May and would call back then. So in May I did as I said and called to set up the time, Bactronix set me up with the same gentleman as before and he seemed in better spirits that time so I let our previous encounter go. We set a time up at 5:00pm because I work and he said that worked for him and he'd call 24 hours in advance to confirm the appointment. He did not call until about noon the day of the appointment and again seemed as though I was putting him out setting an appointment for 5:00pm. He asked if that time was still good or if earlier would be better. He came and did the testing and before he left gave a general quote which I was very pleased with and looked forward to getting a written quote which he told me would be Friday the following day if not Friday no later than Tuesday since that Monday was Memorial Day. Here it is two weeks later than the latest day I'd receive the quote by email, I have constantly been checking my emails and even the junk folder in case it went there. I have heard nothing, no email, no call to follow up with the email. So even though they met my expectations with pricing I will not use them due to the fact of lack of professionalism the employee has shown now to me three out of three times we have ever interacted.

Review: Vincent V[redacted] and Bactronix use mass emailing practices that due to the way and amount of spam in the email causes crashes and slow downs of my system when just trying to open the email. They add hundreds of email address that not only slow me and other down but also opens my emails for others to skim his sent to area and give others my email. Which is an invasion of privacy due to the fact that I never heard of this guy I never heard of this company and it was totally unsolicited. I do believe that there are laws on content as well and notifications to those he solicits.Desired Settlement: I don't want to receive anything anymore from this company person or any associates. I would like him to notify the Revdex.com as to where he skimmed the several hundreds names that were in the address. Follow the privacy rules and rights and if you chose to ignore my request under the law I can demand monetary compensation of 10 dollars and email.
