About Mr***s complaint We warranty every defect of the product for every customer. What Mr*** is referencing is not a defect in the product but a crack in the LCD. He returned a few weeks later to the store, he admitted to dropping the device and my employee visually
inspected the device. Upon the inspection he noticed that the LCD underneath the glass did indeed have a crack in it from the drop that he admitted to. The part where he references no damage is very misleading, as there was no damage the the frame or the glass, but there was in fact damage to the LCD underneath. Before each repair we go over our warranty and waiver of liability with each customer and make them sign saying they agree. He was aware that physical damage of any kind voids our warranty -- Trevor S*Bad Apple

I am rejecting this response because:I did not drop the phone and specifically let the Bad Apple employee know that this was the case the day I returned to the store to request a repair. During installation of a Samsung Galaxy S7 screen, the phone case and screen are put  under stresses that are known to cause damages.  Additionally, no manufacturing process is perfect and some LCD screen failures are probable to occur.  In this case, I assume either: a. The component was not as robust as is typical for the originally installed screen. b. During installation the housing or LCD component were impacted in such a way that it caused the failure.  In either case, I would like to understand under what conditions does the Bad Apple Warranty apply. How to they cover cases where the component is faulty. I will reiterate, I informed the store associate that I did not drop the phone. Since this allegation was made, and it is either miss-information, or fabrication.I would like a full refund for the repair and do not wish to pursue a repair with this vendor.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
