I just left you a voicemail in regards to this case that was just passed to me on my
desk
The complaint states that there was no mention of no spectator fees or parkingThis is in fact not trueThe spectator tickets were available for purchase on our registration pageIn additional these emails were sent out the week leading up to the event to all participants in regards with all pertinent information:

In addition it states in the FAQ's section of our website that there are no refunds on event tickets, however you do have the ability to transfer your registration to a friend, or yourself to a future event
I also have checked our emails and at no point had Ms*** ever contacted us requesting a refund or asking the policy, or tried to transfer her tickets

Upon even further extensive review, an *** *** had sent us an email on 5/6/asking if they were registered for the event, in which they received a reply on 5/stating, they in fact were (and a email confirmation was sent to the e-mail address they had provided), and if they had any further questions, please let us knowThere was no further communication
