Stop ! Stop ! Stop ! , Read my story before you go to Last man Badboys.

I bough sofa from this store last year and bought extra warranty as well , unfortunately my sofa became defective within a year. I had to send it to the manufacturer to fix it although they pick it up , It was one and half months before but I am still not getting any response from them about the status of my sofa. I went to store few times to inquire also called many times to their warranty department but no response at all . I have been without my sofa for almost one and half months.
This is my first purchase with his store in my entire life and unfortunately it is not pleasant. The worst thing is despite of visiting store regarding the problem and despite of calling them they don't care at all. I would conclude it by saying " At the time of sale everyone around you but at time of service after sales everyone will be away from you".

. I purchased a fridge July 24th because mine is not working and despite the model I chose being shown as "available", online, it is still not available. Every time I called, I was told 1-2 weeks and that is delayed coming from the manufacturer. Yesterday I asked for an alternate model that is available, they can't produce one for me. These people are selling things that they don't have. Needless to say, they are now processing a refund! ð??¡ð?¥µð???

I ordered a television in July and it was nearly 2 months before it arrived. Bad Boy certainly took the money for it right away. I just recently sent an email to cancel the order and refund my money due to poor service. Magically I received an email the next day telling me my order was ready for pick. I won't purchase from Bad Boy online again.

Had a claim opened november of last year. Still cant get a callback to honor warranty or even deal with issue. After stage 3 for covid...still waiting 5 weeks for a callback due to operators bring busy. They will call me back in order of messages. ... not happy mow.

We purchased about $8000 worth of furniture for our new home in April 2020. After we took possession the furniture delivered two weeks later. Well... Half of the order because of COVID delays, which was cool because hey we should all be understanding.

Finally on August 4th the remaining order was delivered. (These guys uncrate nothing probably to avoid dealing with damages) so that night after work I came home to unpack and setup our bedroom set. Sure enough a nightstand is broken nearly in half and a dresser has a leg broken off. Damages happen no big deal right? LOL yaaaaa right

After a lot of fighting, they agreed to come out August 18 for replacement. Don't these guys send only one of the items to replace... And wait for it.... It wasn't even the right dresser lol.

I was promised 4 times someone would return my calls but they don't. They simply do not call. Maybe they should get some of their sales reps to handle eturns because they're quick to take a sales call, slow to handle after the sales issues. I truly would not purchase from these amateurs again.

I ordered a Refrigirator on 10th of July 2020 and I was told the delivery will not happen before 15th August. Again I did check after August 15th 2020 with them and they told me it will come on September and this is pathetic and not acceptable at all. I might as well have got the fridge from somewhere else.
Never will I ever ever do business with them and order from them.

I dont know why there is a no refund policy, I need a refund for this and its pathetic.

I cannot reach anyone from customer service also.

I bought an upright freezer6 CU-feet at badboy on 1255 Finch Ave W, North York, ON M3J 2G4. After buying the Freezer the same day, I found a 7 Cu-feet for cheaper available to pickup and deliver. I went back to the same location a few hours later, They said the don't reimburse or cancel order, I have to wait for one month for them to deliver the freezer. I wait for one month and the freezer was not available, the manager told that I have to wait until the end of the month and he offered me a free delivery. I have contacted the main office , someone called me from the office in Finch only to choose a new freezer. I decided not to choose a new freezer. They said that I have to wait until the freezer will be available. The worse customer service I ever had in my life, they want to cancel my order and give me a store credit for my money that they can not provide me the freezer. ***

I ordered a black queen size bed online on JUNE 10th, I paid in full. First of all, I was never notified that the bed was not in stock. Had I been notified I would have never ordered from here. On the site it also says a representative will call in a couple days. After a couple days and receiving no call I called them, they informed me my bed will be in the first week of JULY which was way longer than I had expected. Once the first week of July came I called again asking about my order, the man said "oh yes we just got them in, you should be receiving a call sometime next week" then I got disconnected from the call. I then called right back and a different person answered and said my bed wouldn't be in till the SECOND WEEK OF AUGUST! I then drove to the store and explained how someone told me they were in and they told me they're not in and that the representative probably assumed the wrong bed. So I left mad that my delivery date was now Second week of August. Okay now August hits and I call them back on August 10th and the guy tells me I should expect a call with a delivery date sometime next week. So now today is August 17th and I called them today asking for yet again another order update and the guy tells me "Its still the FIRST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER" I told him first it was first week of July, then second week of August now its first week of September? he said sorry and all he sees is first week of September. This place is ridiculous and I urge everybody if the item is not in stock then DO NOT order it. I honestly think they have too many orders of the same item so when the item comes in they can't supply everyone so they wait for the next order to come in because there is no way a bed takes THREE MONTHS to come in!!

They charged me 659.02 for a bed and never delivered it or refunded my money.
It's been over 3 months and noooooo body will return my phone calls or emails.
*** I have no bed for my daughter.

Purchased a living room set with extended warranty. After two and a half years, a spring broke in the couch and is poking threw couch cushion.

Filed extended warranty claim. Sent photographs as requested.

They are refusing to repair because couch is "unsanitary".

They said in a phone call "dog hair". We don't own a dog. Or a cat. Never have.

There is no food stains, other stains, discoloration, or rips. There is some fabric wear (cheaply made couch), but no rips or holes (less the spring).

I keep asking them specifically what do they see in the photograph that they are concerned about and I will fix it for them. They only reply "unsanitary" and close the submission.

***. I will stand by that comment in court. I am considering suing them. I am willing to take the photographs and the couch itself into the court room.
