Bad Boys Toys

Review: Owner of Bad Boys Toys conducted a replacement of a transmission on my Chevy Lumina. He advised that if I chose to use a used transmission he would not warranty it unless I agreed to have him rebuild a used unit. I agreed to $1500.00. The work was completed and all was fine for a few months when the unit started having issues. They refused to honor their warranty unless an additional $600 was paid to repair their rebuild of the transmission. Almost immediately the transmission started having issues...within 24 hours. He took the vehicle back and again replaced a part. Once returned the vehicle began leaking fluid. He refuses at this time to even look at the vehicle other than saying it was blown up and he "refuses to get involved". I am seeking a refund of $2200.Desired Settlement: Refund of $2200.
