Bad Boyz Towing & Recovery Reviews (%countItem)

Bad Boys Towing and Recovery, partner of *** severely damaged the front bumper of my car.
I hit a pothole 8/7/19 damaging FP tire and rim. I filed a claim with *** 8/8/19. *** called Bad Boys Towing (BBT) to pick up my car within an hour and a half from my home to *** in Clarksdale. An hour & a half passed, *** called to see if the agency arrived, which they hadn't. I contacted BBT @ 662-367-2859 8:35:45 A.M. informed them that *** called to see if they had arrived. The employee (a man) told me to just tell them they had arrived, otherwise the autosystem will keep calling. The man asked how was my car is parked in the yard. I told him that the front of my car is parked straight ahead facing my carport but was not under the carport. I told him I didn't leave the key but if he needed it, my husband is off, call me, I can get the key to him as well as directions to the home if he get lost. He said, "Okay, we should be able to get it, we are leaving another call & running behind, but my driver will be on the way shortly." I didn't get another call from BBT, but between 1:30/2PM decided to ride pass*** to see if my car was there. BBT had dropped the car off. I spoke with *** manager and asked him if he looked at my car (unaware of how long it been there). The manager stated, "We did not know who car it was. We went to lunch, came back, and the car was just sitting there. We didn't know who dropped it off or what time they dropped it off. We have no keys, no name, nothing, it was just sitting there." I was speechless being that *** telephone number, hours of operation, and closing lunch hours are posted in big bold letters on the ft. door. BBT could have even left a message on the windshield of my car for *** or should have called me if the business was closed for lunch. I informed the manager on why my car was there, told him I am with ***, gave him my key and left. *** checked my tire & rim damages (without my presence) on Tuesday 11/12/19. On 11/13/19, I purchased a new rim from ***, returned to *** around 3:15 pm. The young man at *** jacked my car up on the passenger front to remove the tire so I could take to *** so they can put my old tire on my new rim. As he was jacking my car up, I immediately noticed deep deep scratches, up & dwn, at the front of my car, under the bottom of my bumper, from end to end, and missing paint leaving spots of blackness across the bumper. I took pictures from end to end of the bumper. I called my insurance rep *** immediately @ 3:22, but did not get an answer. I called *** immediately afterwards who notated it and said it will be a different claim. On 11/14/19, I contacted *** again. They informed me that they had notated everything but I should contact BBT directly. *** gave me the number 573-500-1911, but warned me BBT may say they had no part in it. I contacted the agency @ 11:07 A.M., & informed the daughter on what occurred. She stated she will have to see which employee took the call and she will call me back. I did not hear back from her, so I decided to call back (3:09 P.M.) before they closed. The daughter stated, "I told my dad what happened, we called *** to see if they have cameras because we do not know; someone may have hit your car while on their lot or we are trying to see if the car was brought in like that, we have to investigate. Its nothing that I can tell you, my dad is out on a towing and will call you back. The daughter stated, "I don't see how they damaged the bumper of your car if they towed it from the back." I said it's no way someone hit my car on *** park'n lot. The damage is at the front bottom of the car. The daughter stated, "Well my dad will call you back." I contacted *** who confirmed they spoke with BBT. *** stated he told BBT he have cameras. I told *** I informed BBT my car couldn't have gotten hit on his lot as BBT suggested. *** stated BBT conversation was misleading & advised them to contact ***.

Desired Outcome

I did not hear back from the father (owner) of Bad Boys Towing and Recovery. The daughter stated numerous things that may have occurred to avoid responsibility.***n stated when he spoke with the agency, they spoke as if they was needing to see his cameras to see how the car came in only. When I spoke with the daughter at BBT, she told me she was trying to make sure my car did not get hit while sitting on *** parking lot. My deductible for *** is 500$ which I had to pay 450$ (no help from ***) out of pocket for rim and tire damages. *** informed me that the bumper damage will be another 500$ deductible if a claim in filed for BBT damaging my car. I am asking the agency to take responsibility. I am not seeking monetary damage, only asking the agency to get my car fixed.

Contact Name and Title: Joe M
Before we got this complaint we got a complaint from *** the company that dispatched us on this accident tow at that time I contacted the body shop about this they laughed and referred us to the claims adjuster at that time he told us she was upset cause her claim did not exceed her deductible so she had to pay out of pocket she hit a pot hole big enough and hard enough to buy a wheel and tire I'm sure it done more damage we simply towed her car that was it was not and is not posaiable to do what she claimed again her insurance found us. It at fault if they would have we would have had to pay but they said we did not do it

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This company is untrustworthy.. they never returned my call and waited over 2 months to respond to the Revdex.com which farther makes them none creditable. The company tried to blame the damages on the body shop where they took my car. They accused the body shop of allowing someone to come on their property to damage my car even requesting to see the video camera. The owner of the shop stated He felt like the company was shady, no longer wanted to speak with them and asked them to contact *** going further. *** gave me the option of filing another claim for damages, I sent the pictures submitted to the Revdex.com to *** also "it's no way a pot hole damage the vehicle from one end to the next. The vehicle was dragged at the front which caused The damage. No one went on the body shop lot and scratch the car from one end to the next. *** also informed me to call this company, request their insurance information and file a claim with their insurance And also contact the Revdex.com. After this company did not contact me nor respond to the Revdex.com (who Contacted then 2 times) And now 2 months later they reaching out and puts the blame on others. However, I decided to save up and put my car in the shop for damages cause by this company. I believe word of mouth is more harmful than it would have been for them to fix what they damaged.
