I was sold their credit monitoring service through Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation. I was told by Sapphire that the credit monitoring was included in my payment to them. I started getting charged $19.99 per month for this service. Every month I would call and have the charge refunded. After a few months I was told I could not get a refund unless I cancel the service and provided my own monitoring information (They use Smart Credit). I chose to cancel the service. This month I was charged $26.99. I cannot stand working with people who cannot understand simple instructions. I sent an email once again asking for a refund and to cancel my service. I worked with Lloyd.
We have reviewed our system but have never taken a payment from. However we were able to get the refund and your smart credit account closed. Unfortunately
We have attempted to contact the client multiple times but have had no success. The work we do for our clients is rated 5 stars on every platform until this review arrived. If the only complaint we have online Is about over $27 which was charged by a different company.
We were able to convince the third party company to refund Edwards $27. It was done immediately.
At this time I have yet to see any transaction charge or receipt from any money we have processed.
We still will consider to enroll Edward for our service when the time is right.
They did an excellent service in delivering what they promised. I spoke with Mark and Lloyd, mostly Mark he was very professional and he knows what he was doing. He was good in communicating with his clients and very prompt in responding whenever I have questions.
We went through timeshare cancellation process with Sapphire timeshare cancellation and Trade Guardian is the company that handles to protect our credit. We got released Dec. 30, 2019 and of course the timeshare company reported negative to the credit bureau, but because of this company they were able to successfully dispute and delete the negative report.

I had left a review earlier and I was searching for it so I can edit it,unfortunately I couldn't locate it. I want to take my comments back, I let my frustration get the best of me, this company TRULY is great, it was a miscommunication on my part, they truly are what everybody says , don't let my remarks be concerning ,as I said it was a miscommunication on my part, I would highly recommend this company. They really do go above and beyond.

Trade Guardian staff are extremely informative. They explained my rights under Federal laws and made an entire credit management plan of attack. I am definitely recommending them for their cedit services.
They even helped wih protecting against a timeshare.
