Not only are all their products unique and original, they have excellent customer service that is only ever slowed down by more people coming to shop there.

Pre-made products arrived quickly. Quality is superb. Custom made products take time but that is a given. The company has recently worked on improving their lead times. Never had a problem with customer service.

I have been a customer since january 2013 and have had nothing but good experiences. The customer support is fast and friendly, shipping times are very resonable for custom products and quality control is excellent.

Ordered a custom toy (about $200). After 3 weeks, still no update to the status. Contacted customer service, and their answer is either wait indefinitely or cancel the order and pay the restock fee. They would not upgrade the shipping method, and didn't offer anything other than, "Sorry, nothing we can do."

I have ordered a few "flops" which is their term for products that do not meet their standards for normal priced products. These flops are deeply discounted to make up for these flaws. I have to say that this company must have extremely exacting standards because the types of flaws that cause a product to be classified as a flop are almost impossible to find even when they are specifically called out on the product description page. My purchases have only had ultra minor cosmetic blemishes (apparently, because I can't even find the problem areas...) which affect function in no way whatsoever. I have been extremely impressed with the ease of use of their website and the speed at which orders are shipped out. My orders have shipped the next business day every time and the 2 day shipping is spot on. I have nothing but great things to day about this company. Buy from them and you won't be disappointed.

Let me just start that My overall experience with this company has been incredibly horrendous. With that being said this company does "custom orders". You get charged an astounding amount for multiple features and the ability to customize your purchase at the cost of how long it takes. I had a 220+ dollar order that had been processing for 19 days..19 DAYS before I tried to negotiate a swap for a premade order due to time constraints( birthday present for a friend). However due to a complete miscommunication with their customer service team I was left empty handed and refunded 183.13 instead of the 227 I paid. I feel completely robbed from this business and I intend to tell everyone that would care to be interested. Thank you

For several years I had wanted to try some of their products but was a bit afraid to spend that kind of money for something I can't inspect the quality of in person. I recently decided to go ahead try after talking with several happy customers including those who personally know some of the employees/managers of the company. I have to say I am extremely happy with my purchase, experience with the company, and the quality of their products. I can see why they ask what they ask for prices and I will gladly pay those prices in the future when I do make another purchase.

Bad Dragon is a very good company that makes very high quality toy's. The craftsmanship is by far the best I have ever bought. The customer service is very helpful at resolving issues and answering questions. I do plan on doing more business with Bad Dragon in the future.
