I have ordered a few "flops" which is their term for products that do not meet their standards for priced productsThese flops are deeply discounted to make up for these flawsI have to say that this company must have extremely exacting standards because the types of flaws that cause a product to be classified as a flop are almost impossible to find even when they are specifically called out on the product description pageMy purchases have only had ultra minor cosmetic blemishes (apparently, because I can't even find the problem areas...) which affect function in no way whatsoeverI have been extremely impressed with the ease of use of their website and the speed at which orders are shipped outMy orders have shipped the next business day every time and the day shipping is spot onI have nothing but great things to day about this companyBuy from them and you won't be disappointed
For several years I had wanted to try some of their products but was a bit afraid to spend that kind of money for something I can't inspect the quality of in personI recently decided to go ahead try after talking with several happy customers including those who personally know some of the employees/managers of the companyI have to say I am extremely happy with my purchase, experience with the company, and the quality of their productsI can see why they ask what they ask for prices and I will gladly pay those prices in the future when I do make another purchase
Let me just start that My overall experience with this company has been incredibly horrendousWith that being said this company does "custom orders"You get charged an astounding amount for multiple features and the ability to customize your purchase at the cost of how long it takesI had a 220+ dollar order that had been processing for daysDAYS before I tried to negotiate a swap for a premade order due to time constraints( birthday present for a friend)However due to a complete miscommunication with their customer service team I was left empty handed and refunded instead of the I paidI feel completely robbed from this business and I intend to tell everyone that would care to be interestedThank you
Ordered a custom toy (about $200)After weeks, still no update to the statusContacted customer service, and their answer is either wait indefinitely or cancel the order and pay the restock feeThey would not upgrade the shipping method, and didn't offer anything other than, "Sorry, nothing we can do."
