I ordered a hoodie from this company a couple months ago. After several weeks I received the hoodie but in the wrong size, the hoodie I received was a small but the hoodie I ordered was supposed to be a medium. I have tried several times to get in touch by calling there phone number from the website and always get a voicemail and never a call back. Last I heard from them was by email stating the would have to see what they have left on January 2nd. I ordered a medium and paid for the product I expect to get what I paid for.

Other (requires explanation) I would like for the company to send me the hoodie I ordered and paid for in a size medium as ordered from time of purchase
We do not have the hoodie they ordered in that size any longer. They have been offered a replacement style or a refund & I have not gotten a response.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
No I am not bc I have not received any message stating that they have offered me another hoodie or a refund on my money. They told me that they were on there way back from an event and they would see if they had any left. I ordered it before thanksgiving and they sent me the wrong size I have messages from them stating the got to the size. I even sent them an email and they said they got the size and the order would be processed for shipping. I would like the hoodie I ordered it's not my problem they sent me the wrong size after being sent two messages and them Acknowledging they had received my order for a medium I have screenshots of the messages showing they got my request for the size medium
I sent them a full refund. These are not nice people. They are not alllowed to purchase any items again from any of our stores.
