[redacted]:My name is [redacted] and I am a Bail Agent for Bad Girls Bail Bonds.I am responding about the complaint that was sent to Revdex.com from [redacted], concerning premium payments on a Bond she had signed for and is the Indemnitor (co-signer).On August 6, 2011 we had Bailed out...

her boyfriend named [redacted] from jail. His bail was $150.000.00, which means there is a premium owed to Bad Girls Bail Bonds of $15,000.At the time of the signing she put down $2500.00 and then was on a monthly plan of $400.00 a month. Every month we would receive $400.00 from them. Then the defendant [redacted] had to serve time and she couldn't make the payments of $400, so the other Bail agent named [redacted] lowered the monthly payments to try to work with her for $50 a month. She started making the $50 payments from 12/30/2012 till 12/30/2014. This was the last time we had a $50.00 payment from [redacted]. Our contract states that no matter what the outcome of the case is or if the defendant cannot make the payments the indemnitor (co-signer) is responsible for the payment. She knows that we have the contract that she signed. She never asked us to send her the contract. There would be no reason whats so ever not to. On July 16, 2015 we ran $100.00 from the same credit card we have been charging her for the past 2 years and she disputed it saying that was fraudulent.  How can that be when we have been running that for the past 2 years. We always tried to work with her, but we cannot lower the payment less then $50 a month. She also said the bail expired 4 years ago. That has nothing to do with the payments. The contract states that she is responsible. Also if there was any cussing and [redacted] threatening her I would like the proof otherwise that is all hear say. Anyone can say anything to try to get out of a contract. As for her saying that there is another bail bond company named [redacted] Bail Bonds, if she knew how to check with California Dept of Insurance, she would see that is our DBA name approved through CA Dept of Insurance. We have been in business over 14 years and have never had any complaints even through CA dept if Insurance. She does not want to be responsible for something she signed. I can provide you with any documentation to see what she signed for. I will also proceed in Civil court if she does not continue with the payments.I have provided all my information to you. If there is anything else you need please do not hesitate to call me anytime or email me.  Thank You [redacted] Lic# 1842353  Bad Girls Bail Bonds888 W.
