Review: the sales person will try to get you to lease a product by telling you that what's impossible is possible. I asked what would happen if I were move out of California under contact before signing the lease, sales person ([redacted]) would tell you that they will provide service within the US. I'll be moving to Houston, TX and [redacted] does not have an office in Houston Tx, but only vendors. When asked about my move and if they can provide me the same service in Houston, [redacted] told me that I'll need to take the equipment and not be able to use it or be liable to find a new person to take over the lease or PAY FEE FOR THE FULL TERM OF THE LEASE even though they will not be able to provide the service promised. I pay $56/month, used 10 months out of 3 year lease, and will be moving to Houston, TX. As part of leasing the water purifier, [redacted] is to provide filter change services as well as installation and uninstallation in the case of a move and maintenance and fixing of the water purifier in case of breakage. They first told me that there is no way around the terms of the lease although they cannot provide me with the service they promised in Houston, TX. Now they are saying they'll provide the filter, but pay out of pocket for shipping and service fee for installation and filter change as well as any service fees in case of breakage. I am so disappointed with the business model and their service and misrepresentation of the terms of the service. Also, I called the sales person to let her know about the situation what she has promised. She basically said go talk to customer service, but later said I'll talk to someone and get back to you. She called me but never left a message. I called and left her a message and texted her. On one occasion someone picked up a call and they were saying, "complaint?" then they just hung up on me and never called me back. Don't get your product from [redacted], I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service and I wish I never rented from her.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to either void the contract since they cannot provide the service promised or provide the service they promised when lease is signed.
