I contracted the company to replace my bath tub drain on 8/11/ Two technicians came out to the job and performed the service Two technicians performed the work in an a few minutes over an hour (at most hr and mins), yet I was charged labor for both technicians for full hours Compounding this, the only reason the work even went as long was that the technicians locked themselves of the unit below, and had to gain secondary access Unfortunately, I was not home when the job was completed, and left payment to someone else (my year old mother), who did not think to question the invoiced labor
I have reached out to the owner of the company several times via email and phone, and have not gotten a response My check has since been cashed and I feel that I have been unjustly billed for an extra hour of labor by both technicians, resulting in costs of *** *ore than I should have incurred The lack of response from the owner is troubling, and I would think his reputation
