Hey ,Glad we were able to get you squared away in emails last week. Before knowing the actual dimensions of the two combs, our initial thought was that you may have received a limited edition XL comb years ago. But after we talked to you more about the sizes, we let you know that due to the combs being hand carved and not manufactured by a machine, there is always going to be a slight variation.That being said, we did issue a full refund for your replacement comb and apologized for the confusion. You then responded to us with; "Thank you for taking care of this I do appreciate it and will continue my badass business with y’all."We appreciate your continued support over the years and are here if you have any concerns or questions in the future. :)
Yes I did receive refund however I am still waiting on documentation that they sold me or anyone else a special edition XL comb they said they had sold me in the past.
