get the over charge off my bill and free month of payment that I was told I would getbought a catnapper recliner last year took it home and in about a month it broke and flipped my husband back into the floor, took the chair back for another one and it did the sameTry every way to get the part I needed to fix the chair but every time they failed to get the right partI spend lots of time and money going back and forth to the storeI got another chair but it started messing uptook it back to the store and was told I would not be charged a payment But I was and also a late chargeI have alway been on time with my paymentsBut this is how Badcock does people

Paid my payments PRIOR to the cutoff grace period but company incorrectly reports to the credit bureaus that I am days late on several occasions
Badcock Furniture is reporting on my credit report that I am currently days late even though I paid my $payment on 3/11/16, which is within the required grace period time frameFurthermore, I made double payments on Jan23, for the months of January and February, yet Badcock reported that I was late for January and gave me a late report/fee The company is also reporting that I was and days late on two other occasions Sept& OctI have called their Corpoffice and complained to no availI also called the local store in *** *** and spoke with a Manager, also to no availI even reached out to Badcock's *** social media page to make others awareTheir response was that they will block me if I continue to spam their page! Lastly, I decided to dispute this via all credit bureaus, but got no results y
