I am rejecting this response because: No one at the Lots Less in Hanover has contacted me to handle this matter and to think they would blatantly lie about it shows how unethical a car dealer they are

Hello,
I spoke with the General manager at Lot's for Less Jim T[redacted] who followed up with the customer. He assured him the new key was ordered and would program it to his vehicle at no charge when it...

arrives.

                                        ... sincerely,
                                        ... [redacted]
