We had a warranty for 1 yr for parts and labor, but at 1 yr 7 days the unit quit working and has been broken every since. The unit itself has a 10 yr warranty with reheem but as stated before they will only replace it if the compressor goes out. I didn't pay 8500 dollars for only 1 yr of service. No...
one would ever pay that much for that. I would like the unit to be replaced at no cost to me. I think that is only fair since they are the ones who recommended the unit to begin with.
