We had a warranty for yr for parts and labor, but at yr days the unit quit working and has been broken every sinceThe unit itself has a yr warranty with reheem but as stated before they will only replace it if the compressor goes outI didn't pay dollars for only yr of serviceNo one would ever pay that much for thatI would like the unit to be replaced at no cost to meI think that is only fair since they are the ones who recommended the unit to begin with
