I've purchased one of their products. I switched computers, then fulfilled their requests for a new registration code. They have ignored the request for nearly 2 weeks. If you send more than one email like I did, they give you a "soup [redacted]" spiel where they will "put you at the bottom of the list" for sending multiple emails.

There are other companies out there that provide the same services that are better.

Review: I paid for a game download and it didn't have the correct download for the download I paid for so I contacted badgehelp on there customer service email there is no number that they can be contacted with. I sent serveral emails he only responded to 2 but didn't answer and of my concerns I did explain that the download I paid for was sending me to an error page he still did not respond I also asked for an refund and he never responded back. On there website says it takes 12 hours for someone to contact you no one ever did.Desired Settlement: They never responded back and it's been well over 12 hours like it says on there site ..it's the time frame when someone contacts you back regarding any issues.

Review: I have emailed the customer support team at Badge help at least 4-5 times regarding this issue. I have followed ALL instructions, including sending a copy of my original Paypal receipt as proof of purchase. I need new codes for my Sleepy Slotz and Spooky Pooky game helpers I purchased. I had to reset my computer to the factory default and re-installed the helpers. When I tried to register them, it said my passwords were invalid. They are both still showing trial modes. I have sent all required information BEFORE, including Paypal receipt multiple times to the correct email address, [email protected]. I even tried sending the request to a different email I found on their website - NO RESPONSE.Sleepy Slotz is version 2.6. Spooky Pooky is version 0.4 Any help would be appreciated, as their site says "CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR LIFE". Thank you.Desired Settlement: I want BOTH of my replacement codes needed to activate my purchased game helpers(SleepySlotz and SpookyPooky). I have sent ALL required information at least 4 times, including Paypal reciept with transaction id. If I do not get my codes, I want a refund.

Review: They advertise the sale of game cheats for life! They advertise they will respond within 24 hours & they have NEVER responded. I have put out money to them for several games at 10.99 each. THEY GET THEIR MONEY AND THEN NEVER RESPOND TO YOU. IT IS A FRAUD. IT IS A RIP OFF. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN THEY DON'T ANSWER OUR REQUESTS FOR HELP! THIS IS ILLEGAL AND SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE ABOUT IT & IT SHOULD BE TURNED OVER FOR FRAUDULENT COMPANY TAKING PEOPLES MONEY ON THE INTERNET!! there are so many others besides me that this website is taking advantage of. What can be done when we cant reach them???Desired Settlement: I want a response from the person who is running this operation! I want a full & complete refund of all my money paid to him for services he does NOT provide as stated on his website!! If this does not happen I expect the government or state agency of California to investigate this internet fraud!

Review: I purchased a series of computer programs that I was supposed to own for life and included lifetime customer support. Since my purchases of over $220.00, I have not been able to get but only a few of the 150 plus programs to register, or install correctly. At first the customer service was quick to respond although they were not always able to help. I have been contacting them about these issues for months and I am no longer getting any responses from the company. I have requested them to either help me get the programs working and registered or refund my money. They say I own them for life, but if they don't register correctly, they won't work. Customer service no longer will respond to my questions, and the programs are always giving me error messages when I try to use them, some have come back with "invalid registration numbers" and most come back with error warnings everytime I try to use them. They also do not install like a program should and do not show up under add/remove programs. I have even allowed their tech support to access my computers to see if they could correct the problems, but they did not or could not. Since allowing them in to my computer to troubleshoot the issues, they have become more and more distant from me, even ignoring my requests for help. I have now contacted them several times in the past month with no reply from them. I would be happy if they would just get the programs to work as they promise they will but if they are not able to I want a full refund and they can keep them. I have never had all the programs I purchased working and registered since I bought them and several times now the ones that were registered have unregistered themselves and stopped working, causing the company to have to reset my registration page meaning I was back to square one trying to get them registered again, they only give you a download not the actual program so I have to download all new ones and start over.Desired Settlement: either get all 200+ programs working and registered or refund my money and keep them
