Complaint[redacted]I Used To Collect World Historical Militaria Items. Had a rather comprehensive valuable collection that consisted of uniforms, edged weapons, firearms, documents and other such related items. The owner of Badger Arms wanted these type items for his business for both display and sales purposes. I supplied a large group lot with a value in excess of $1500. We were supposed to 'sit down' and pound out a deal on it all for sale or trade. We dealt back and forth a few times with small items, but I was never able to 'sit' him down for resolve.. he just sort of 'dodged' me.. eventually, all contact info dried up, and so did he- leaving the store and missing- failure to communicate.. Many of the items he had yet to pay me for are or at least were in the business possession and used as props. The 'new management' refuses to address and the 'owner' has gone m.i.a with no contact- i'd like my items back or payment for them! I have a photo journal of every item including serial numbers and distinguishing marks.Desired SettlementI'd like them to either return my items to me, or pay me for them accordingly.
