Review: I made a reservation for a cab ahead of time for my husband to get to a job interview. I scheduled the cab for 2:35pm. They told me they couldn't guarantee the exact time, but generally I can expect it to arrive with 15 minutes. This information is on their website as well. The cab did not arrive at 2:35. My husband called at 2:40, and was told it would be another 15 minutes. He called again after 15 minutes, and they said it would be another 10-15 minutes. He called AGAIN at 3:12, and was told the cab was on its way. Finally, the cab arrived at about 3:20. By the time my husband got to his interview, the manager had left. I called in advance to ensure he'd have a cab on time, but the cab was 45 minutes late. After this experience, I discovered many online reviews of the business, and apparently it is known for this kind of service. Unfortunately, we were not aware of this at the time, and my husband has missed out on a great job opportunity.

The dispatcher and the website are being dishonest about the service provided - there is a significant difference between arriving within 15 minutes of the reservation and arriving after 45 minutes. It is incomprehensible that badger cab should not bear any responsibility for its actions. If it cannot provide taxis within any time limit, it should be clear about that, and not claim to arrive within 15 minutes.Desired Settlement: The company should be held accountable and have some sort of sense of responsibility towards the people of Madison. They should make it clear that they are different from other taxi companies, whose aim it is to get you to your location on time. They should make it their policy to tell people ordering taxis what the estimated wait time is, and if they don't arrive within that time they should have to compensate the customer.
