Badger Corporation

Review: I [redacted] went to Badger Corporation's auction in Lomira Wi on July 20, 2010 for the Team Electronics/ [redacted] estate auction. I purchased a 2004 Chevy 3500 Van with a service body for $13,000 along with a buyers premium of $1,690 for a grand total of $14,690. The vehicle was stated as having a clear title. I bought other items at the auction as well, and after paying was told that the title would be delivered within a couple of weeks. After a month of constant calling, I received the title, only to find out that their was a lien from Associated Bank of Green Bay on it. I have tried to resolve this with Badger Corp. and the CEO [redacted] and still 5 years later I have resolved nothing.

The only accomplishment was my son resolved the lien issue with Associated Bank in August of 2014. I have not been able to use this vehicle for the past 4+ years.Desired Settlement: My ideal outcome would be that Badger Corporation compensates me for all my time, phone calls, aggravation, and lack of being able to use or sell this vehicle. I would want the purchase price, buyers premium refunded to me!

[redacted] was given the title upon completion of the sale. It was his choice not to title this vehicle for four years. At that time, according to him there was a lien issue. We were not made aware that there was a problem with this title until his son was released from jail. We were told that his son then contacted the lender and the lien issue was resolved resulting in a cleared title. This could have been resolved immediately after the auction if this was brought to our attention. It was [redacted] choice not to title this vehicle.

The following statement made by Badger is incorrect! I was not given a title upon completion! I was told that it would be mailed to me. Not the case, I ended up picking it up from the auction sight. It took several months to get that. When I finally did recieve the title, it had a lien on it which Badger Auction was immediatly notified, and they chose to do nothing other than dismiss my phone calls etc...When my son was released from PRISON not jail, he assisted me with this, being as it was so many years later and nobody at Badger Auctioneer was doing anything to assist me in getting this vehicle titled and licensed so that it could serve the purpose on why I bought it originally! I was UNABLE to title it ,NOT my choice to not to title it! And" Food for Thought to Badger" why would I spend $14,000+ for a vehicle I could not use?Thank You[redacted]
