Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because;The original invoice with no break down of labor and materials was totaled at;$The 2nd Invoice I requested, had a break out of Labor and Materials, It showed hours or labor to be $or $per hourI have asked not be charged for the hours that he was not at my housethat would be a total of -$I have since found out I should not be charged for the time he used to get suppliesthat these should have been purchased beforehandThis does not address that Brian " told me he had to removed the wire due to 'State Law"...That is a complete lieHaving someone take away a customers wire to dispose of it is entirely different than being told that it is required for inspection due to State lawI knew he took itI helped him, but I was misledHaving customers sign away their rights to keep the wire and dispose of it as they see fit is different than "tricking" them with lies to take what is lawfully theirs and what they may very well want for themselves Sincerely, [redacted] ***
