Badger Fuel Oil

Review: On 12/5/14 at approximately 4:15 pm I took my [redacted] into Badger Fuel & Auto shop for a tire and rim combo swap from my black painted VW OEM summer set to my stock VW OEM winter set. The VW OEM summer set of rims were in pristine condition prior to the appointment, the outcome after the swap resulted in chipped black paint off in many spots of each rim, denting/indenting on the rims from presumably putting the car on the rack. I was unable to retrieve my VW OEM summer set from my backseat and trunk until 12/8/14 at approximately 6:00 pm. Today 12/9/14 at approximately 11:15 am I stopped at Badger Fuel & Auto and respectfully gave the owner Bryan the opportunity to do the ethical action as a honest business owner to own up to the damage by showing Bryan and his front desk associate the rims and their damage but Bryan claimed ignorance and wasn't responsible for the damages. Bryan explained the black VW OEM summer set were never inspected by himself or assistant tech prior to taking them off. He explained to me since each set of rims have their own set of tires both himself and assistant tech both took two sets lug nuts off and removed the rims and leaned them against the car and put them in my backseat and trunk, but never explained how the damage could have been caused by driving the rims into the metal rack to hoist the car up in the air. Bryan also claimed that chips in painted rims happen all the time but never explained how the denting/indenting in the rims of the spokes could have occurred.Desired Settlement: I would like to see these rims at least repaired. Have them sandblasted and repainted powder coat over again or even have them replaced because the metal dents in the rims themselves are not fixable at full expense of Badger Fuel & Auto.
