I had 5 chiropractic visits. They charge an out of pocket $45 for the first visit, and $35 for subsequent visits. So my charges should have been $45 + (4 x $35) = $185, and that's what I've paid them. Now they are telling me that because they got a hold of my insurance, I owe another $110. I spoke to them on the phone last night, and they said that they could go back and bill this out retroactively as if this were out of pocket, cash. Now they called me up this morning at work to say they still want $110.
