Review: Badger hood cleaning has been out to our building to clean our hood fan system. They have not completed the work that was to be done. they have "documented" the reasons from not being able to open the roof top vent to (last time out) there is a lateral stretch of the vent that can not be cleaned without an access panel cut in for them.
To the first point, last year I went up on the roof and opened the rooftop vent with no problem. This was my first time trying to do so. I'm not a "professional ".
To the second point, I opened the roof top again this year and took pictures of the shaft that goes STRIAGHT UP (no laterals) and sent it to Badger Hood.
Both reasons not to complete the job have been debunked. Now they have made promises to come out and finish the job. There has been a representative from the company come out and look at the job and say that he will be he personally to do the job. A time and date were set up for them to be here. They never showed up.Desired Settlement: I would like the Job to be completed. We have been billed (for previous visits) the set price and excuses made for not completing the job. I think some form of compensation for not doing the job, these years, is in order as all excuses are voided.

[redacted] was correct about the duct work being straight up. However he failed to remember the fan unit is at the peak of a high shingled roof. We have one technician already fall in the past. The original compliant was again on windy, and rainy day. It was way too dangerous to have my staff attempt to do the cleaning on the roof. We have since completed the cleaning on the roof, and then even came back and spent more time doing a cleaning on the inside. We have made at least 5 trips in an attempt to get this cleaning done, and have done at no cost to the customer. It is hard for customers to understand we can't always work due to weather, and conditions. I have talked to [redacted] this morning and he is happy and satisfied.Please let me know what else I may need to do to correct this complaint. This has been our first and only complaint with the Revdex.com, and I want to get our record clean.Can you please respond to this.Thank you[redacted]
