Badger Ladder & Scaffolding

I'm very disappointed with Badger Ladder Desiring to rent scaffolding from them, I was given the direct number to an estimator who would put my bid together Called on a Friday and he returned my call on Monday Perfect I e-mailed him my exact request, including pictures and diagrams of what we had done before Then I waited I followed up four days later after not hearing from him, and I got his voicemail I called and I e-mailed him for over a week, and did not receive one call or return e-mail backI called the front desk of the office and they went back to get him He got on the phone and said he had been busy, but would process my bid within the next day I waited several more days, and began e-mailing/calling againFinally I received a short sentence e-mail stating: "We have decided not to bid this project." I just wasted frustrating weeks and my project needs to be sin less than a month In the future, I will tell others to avoid this business

After several calls to Badger Ladder prior to 10/26/to make sure I was ordering the scaffolding that was right for our site needs I ordered four sections (two towers) of scaffolding for our projectThe total cost of the purchase was $1,I ordered this on the 26th of September (Friday)I was told that the order should be delivered by the next week Tuesday or Wednesday by *** who is either an owner or managerI advised he would try to get it there sooner if possibleWhen we didn't get it by the 6th of October I contacted them to see why we have not been received and have not been called*** advised me that they ran out of this item, (why was this not known at the time of the order?)When I asked why there was not response other than to advise that they could give me another brandThis is called bait and switchNo offer of a cheaper price was offered and clearly from the specs I was given only after I inquired this was not as well built or as sturdy
I was told by *** (on the 6th) that the type I originally ordered would be in on Friday when I refused the other less sturdy productI advised that I would call back and let them know if I would wait for my original orderI called back on Thursday Oct9th and left a message for *** that as long as he could deliver the product the following Monday I would still take it but I wanted a call back to confirm that we were on the same pageAfter not getting a delivery or a call back I called *** again on Tuesday the 14th of October*** told me the product hasn't come inI asked why he didn't call again with no responseHe then again offered me the inferior productI fired him at that pointThis has cost me time and money in renting scaffoldingDo not buy from these people they will try to bait and switch with you also

I was told that the order should be delivered by the next week Tuesday or Wednesday by [redacted] who is either an owner or manager. I advised he would try to get it there sooner if possible. When we didn't get it by the 6th of October I contacted them to see why we have not been received and have not been called. Do not buy from these people they will try to bait and switch with you also.
