I went ahead and took a chance on them even after reading these postsTo be honest the overall experience for me was greatI received my controller and I can say I'm really impressed I'm just hoping these things last and that evil controllers holds up on their endShipping was fast I got my controller with in days but I'm in California, plus I did little customization because I didn't know if I was gonna like it and it seemed like too much $$$ for me, but I also thought to myself names and such could take awhile (even though I wanted one)All my mods work, like it saysI really like the remapable buttons which was one of the reasons why I took the chance because I didn't want paddlesAnd the controller looks greatMore than likely will be buying more from them(Note: Xbox one controller review) Thank you evil controllers

Hi, Revdex.comI have reached out to the customer regarding their issue at handTheir issue is that they believe we have not shipped out their product to them in the appropriate amount of time, however the true situation is as follows:They placed their order on July 23rdWe shipped their product on August 4th – Within our listed processing times.It arrived on the 8th – USPS.com – Tracking# [redacted] They called us on the 13th regarding the status of their order We informed them that the package had been deliveredand that if they could not find their package to call USPS and file a claimOnce they gave us their claim number we would ship out their replacementproductCustomer service in the meantime began the creation of their custom product.Customer Service was never provided a claim’s number so it was believed that the product was found through another person at the buyer’s location.We have reached out to the customer and explained thesituation from our perspective and that we would ignore the correct process andsend them their replacement controller tomorrow, the 26th of August.If you need any more information, let us know.Appreciate it, [redacted]

I filed a complaint previously and was called immediately by Evil ControllersThey promised to ship my controller as soon as I closed my dispute with [redacted] *** I did close my dispute and they did not ship my controller as promised I sent a couple emails to them with no response I made a phone call to Evil Controllers on Friday February 14, and spoke to a representative who again, PROMISED, that the controller would be shipped out that day I was suppose to get a confirmation and an tracking number sent to me both times this was promised, but nothing was sent The controller has not been shipped I will not ever buy anything from them again I have never had such a bad experience with a company ever I left a message today on the voice mail of Evil Controllers along with sending them another email stating I want my money refunded ASAP on Tuesday when they return from the holiday I hope they will just refund my money so I can be done with this whole experience I would not recommend this company to anyone The people who I spoke to seem nice and genuine but really they are just [redacted] their way to get out of taking responsibility for their lack of communication and customer service skills I urge anyone who is thinking of buying from them to rethink that I ordered the controller on Jan26, which was a Sunday it is Feb17, and I have nothing!

I ordered a modded controller for my son from evil controllers on December 6, The controller price totaled which was taken out of my account instantly There was no mention of delays or backorders and it was to arrive before Christmas Started calling company on Decwhen I seen it hadn't shipped was promised it would be out by the of December It was notWhen I tried calling - no one answered or ever called back Went on line to complain then I received an email on Decsaying they were sorry for my frustration and they would overnight the controller to me so my son would recieve it by Christmas Well they never told shipping apparently and we recieved it today...December 26, My son was so so excited, until he put the batteries in and it will not turn on He's upset, I'm upset:(( Feeling like an awful mom...wishing I would have read the reviews before the purchase!

First of all I did not "provide" the wrong address to anyone. I placed an order over the phone and it is clear that the representative who took my order ([redacted]) made a mistake. I take great offense at the implication that I am incapable of providing my own address.
Secondly, I checked my online banking earlier and as of May 13, 2014 at 1pm Central US time, the refund has not been issued.
I guess I shouldn't be surprised. This merchant was not competent enough to do something as simple as ship a purchase to the correct address, I understand how they would be stumped at the more complex task of issuing a refund.
I will be happy to call my bank and ask for a letter of verification stating that the purchase in question has not been refunded as of the time of writing of this complaint.

I received my controller and I can say I'm really impressed I'm just hoping these things last and that evil controllers holds up on their end. Shipping was fast I got my controller with in 10 days but I'm in California, plus I did little customization because I didn't know if I was gonna like it and it seemed like too much $$$ for me, but I also thought to myself names and such could take awhile (even though I wanted one). All my mods work, like it says. I really like the remapable buttons which was one of the reasons why I took the chance because I didn't want paddles. And the controller looks great. More than likely will be buying more from them. (Note: Xbox one controller review)

We communicated with customer on 2/12/2015. We discussed how we were going to ship his order via [redacted]. He assured us he would close all disputes and complaints if he received his controllers in working condition. [redacted], was received at...

12:46pm, on 2/16/2015,  and signed for by [redacted] We tried to communicate with customer via phone on 2/16/2015 to insure he was happy, no answer, left voice message. We reached out again on 3/9/2015 via email and phone. No response to either. We emailed and called the customer again today 3/12/2015.
