This Client is not telling the truth when stating that “Badgerland MLS's response stating my property was on Homes.com is completely false”, because their Property was absolutely on Homes.com Also, this Client did not want to work with us to get on Trulia and Zillow, as those two companies changed their systems and now requires all of us Milwaukee Metro MLS Realtors to use alternative publishing methods Also, this Seller took advantage of our “No Questions Asked Cancellation Policy” and has cancelled their Listing with Badgerland MLS, therefore, we can no longer assist this Client with any of their demands anymore This Client has listed their Property now with a new Real Estate Company at a sale price that is $15,less than what we had their Property listed at

Regards,
*** *** I have emails and pictures that prove that Badgerland MLS knowing left the language in his contract that stated the property would be listed on specific reality sites and search engines and were notBadgerland MLS's response stating my property was on Homes.com is completely false. In addition in the contract signed by the owner of Badgerland MLS it clearly promises specific sites in which my property would be shown such as Truilia and Zillow and Homes.com and they were NEVER on any of these sitesHe also advertise this on his Badgerland MLS websiteHe entered into this agreement knowing the current issues with his listing and continued to falsely promise the listings on the sites

This Client is not telling the truth when stating that “Badgerland
MLS's response stating my property was on Homes.com is

Also, this Seller took advantage of our “No Questions Asked Cancellation

their Property listed at.

clearly state that there are no refunds, mostly because our “Discount” Real
Estate Company actually looses money when we only collect the low $495 Bronze
Package Flat Fee to come out to the Property, take Photos, measure rooms,
inspect the home, provide hundreds of dollars of materials such as a Key Lock Box,
Real Estate Condition Report, Take One Information Tube, Property Tax Records, Prior
MLS Detail Sheets, Sign-In Sheets, Pens, Open House Signs, Directional Signs, For
Sale Signs, Shoe Covers, Comparable Market Analysis, all of which this Client
received.  Our $495 upfront Flat Fee
barely covers these expenses so our company has a very strict “:No Refund”
policy once we have completed the Listing, which we did for this Client.  We published this Client’s Property on the
Milwaukee Area Metro MLS as agreed.  When
we Publish the Property on the local MLS, we have a choice to select either Yes
or No for the IDX (Internet Data Exchange), and we always choose “Yes” so that
all the data and photos that we publish for our Client’s Properties on their
local MLS are also sent out to all the other IDX participating 3rd Party
Private Independent Real Estate Web sites such as Realtor.com and
Homes.com.  This Client’s Property was on
all the other participating IDX web sites such as Realtor.com, Homes.com and
many many others, however, Trulia and Zillow have changed their participation
in the MLS process and that has changed how Properties are displayed on Trulia
and Zillow.  Trulia and Zillow are now demanding
things from all 900 local MLS Systems across America, things that the Milwaukee
Metro MLS refuses to agree to, so Trulia and Zillow cannot display any
Milwaukee Metro MLS Listings anymore until this issue is resolved.  This is all out of our control, and currently
the Milwaukee Metro MLS is still working on a resolution with Trulia and
Zillow.  We have spent a great deal of
time on this and we continue to work on these issues.  We are in constant and continued contact with
Tom Martin who is the main person at the Milwaukee Metro MLS who is negotiating
with Zillow and Trulia.  We continue to
work on this with them and with our Clients as well and we will keep working on
this until it is resolved.  We have
contacted this Client in questions here regarding her options to deal with
these new Zillow issues, but this Client did not want to do it the right way,
she wanted to do it her way, which was not an option.  We offered her several workable options to
get on Zillow and Trulia until this issue is resolved, but she did not want to
do that.  Since Badgerland MLS has a “No
Questions Asked Cancellation Policy” and this Client has exercised this option and
has Cancelled her Listing with Badgerland MLS, we no longer represent this
Client and no longer have a Contract with this Client.  Since we no longer represent this Client, they
are no longer on the MLS with Badgerland MLS and are free to hire a new Realtor
to sell her home.  So, because she
cancelled, there is nothing further we can do to help her.  This Client’s Property is now Expired with
Badgerland MLS on the Milwaukee Metro MLS per this Clients wishes, and because
of that this Property is no longer sent out to the IDX and not on any web sites
anymore with Badgerland MLS.  Again, we
advertise and clearly inform our Clients that we never provide refunds once we
have spent the time and money to visit the Property, provide the materials, and
publish the Property on the local MLS, which we did in this case.  Thank you.

Review: I contracted with Badger MLS on June 25th by submitting payment of 495.00 through [redacted]. The owner of said company arrived at my property to sign paperwork and take photos June 29th, and collected an additional 95.00 for travel fees. The listing went live on [redacted] July 2nd. On the listing it had contact information for Badgerland MLS, no one else. I emailed and requested my contact info be added, he said not possible. Two weeks went by with hearing nothing from BadgerMLS. I received a call about the property from buyers who had seen the property on [redacted], and had been calling BadgerMLS with no response, had left messages with no call back. They finally drove to the property, got my number from my FSBO sign and called me directly on July 16th. I showed them the property on July 19th, when they told me what had happened. Out of frustration and to verify their story, I called BadgerMLS ###-###-####, the phone immediately clicked as it went on an automated system, and I left a voice mail with an alias name. Also property address, time and number asking for information on the property. The next day, July 22nd, a friend of mine did the same. BadgerMLS did not call or email any contact info to me, nor did they return either of the phone calls. I emailed an inquiry on July 25th, BadgerMLS begrudgingly dug through their voicemail system and found these messages. Apparently they are too busy to be bothered to help a customer sell their house. I will forward the emails to Revdex.com as evidence. To sum up my experience and advise any prospective customers of Badger MLS or Badgerland MLS, the company (it is a one man operation, and Revdex.com will not post his name; he was formerly involved in Wisconsin politics and thinks himself untouchable), he will collect your money, not answer the phone, not forward inquires and then when you are dissatisfied offer to cancel the listing typically for a fee.Desired Settlement: Listing canceled, all fees refunded and an admission to unethical business practices. I will be filing a formal complaint with DSPS and am prepared and willing to testify at the hearing.

Review: This limited service real estate company is knowingly falsely advertising and promising exposure on many different reality websites both verbally, in contract and on their web page. Badgerland MLS makes many statements in their business proposal which are knowingly false and continue to provide false information. I first contacted this business via phone and had conversation with a [redacted] who proclaimed for a limited listing my home would get a MLS listing and get exposure immediately on Zillow.com, Trulia.com, Homes.com and many others. I have been calling, texting and emailing Badgerland MLS when I discovered my homes' MLS was not listed on any of these sites as promised and also stated in his business agreement and on their website. The delayed responses only state that "they" have been aware of this problem and continue to work on fixing it. Now 19 days has past with no resolution and my home MLS is still not on any of the sites promised which has lead to a loss of potential buyers and the sale of my home.Desired Settlement: This MLS listing has been 19 days where I was under the belief it was on the sites stated on the Badgerland MLS website, contract, emails, and over the phone. They were not and are still not, I am asking for a refund for services agreed upon and not fulfilled
