Review: I went to the car wash while being guided into the car wash the I felt a gerk were the tire guide brings you into the automatic wash the attendant no longer guiding. This was on 7/19/14 while at a friend's house I was leaving my friend stated you cleaned your car again and looked down and said o my god what happened to your rim I looked at it there was a scrape on the drivers front rim I then remember when I went thru the wash that jerk. I stopped by the car wash the next day after work and asked for their insurance info. The attendant gave me a complaint form I filled it out and waited for a call [redacted] called left a message for me to contact my insurance and they will contact theirs. My insurance stated if less than my deductible that I would have to take care of it on my own I then went back to the car wash and asked if it was ok to pull my car up and take a picture he allowed I then spoke with [redacted] he stated that if the wash did the damage it would be about 6in I stated exactly so he asked to meet on 7/29/14 we did and he looked at the rim and said how they drove a lot of different vehicle in and don't believe the wash scratched my rim even when I showed him the pictures I taken. All the vehicles he drove in didn't have low profile oem rims like mine. So I asked you are not going to pay for my damages he said no so I told him I have no choice but to file small claims he said ok.I asked for a business card he gave me one. I then stated to him to put a sign up that the car wash is not responsible for low profile rims like the sign that's posted about mirrors. I then 2 day's later contacted him again to rectify before court he said court it will be,Desired Settlement: My car is a new 2013 Dodge Dart I would like my rim replaced that's all.
