Extremely disappointed with this company. Nate was more than prompt in getting us a quote for our brick patio and we agreed to a contract. First red flag, no signed contracts. Second red flag, no work deposit. Our contract was in April 2016 with a "will try" to get to us in four weeks. After several weeks we called and were told they were behind due to weather. We finally got scheduled for a day at the end of April. We rushed out and bought our bricks and had them delivered. They never showed up. No call, no email, no nothing. Then nothing but excuses again. Wasn't until October, when our driveway was being sealed we got a recommendation from that crew member to try Alt's Operation LLC out of Waunakee. They showed up, had us a quote in less than 24 hours. Their prices were so much better than our original contract, we asked if we could add on additional space to our pending patio. Again, in less than 24 hours we got another quote. In less than two weeks, we had a gorgeous inlaid brick patio! It only took them an extra day "due to weather", they worked around it. If you are looking at Badger State Maintenance for potential work, I'd recommend Alt's Operation LLC instead. They are definitely more reliable and they are meticulous in their work. Their crews in our experience were dependable, competent, knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. I would never contact Badger State Maintenance LLC again. It is my opinion, and it's just an opinion, that our job was smaller than bigger jobs coming in and we just kept getting bumped. No signed contract and no deposit remember. What a waste of time and alot of grief. They left us feeling unimportant and used as fillers for when the bigger jobs ran out. Not to mention two tons of bricks left just sitting that we had to move from the front yard to the back of our property because they weren't going to be used in two days. I had taken a day off of work to sign for the delivery. Nothing like making a customer feel insignificant; but the audacity of not calling at least the night before to say they wouldn't doing the work the next day is inexcusable. They obviously weren't that interested in our business. Will your job or project be big enough for them to care?
