Badger State came to the rescue after we received quotes from other restoration companies, who didn't have our best interest at heart. I have had flooding issues in my basement 3 of the last 5 years. The last two times I have hired Badger State Restoration and they responded within an hour and on the weekend and had my basement clean, dry, and mold free at a very affordable rate compared to the first time I had to redo my basement. The owner is respectable, professional and responsive and the employees are the same. This is a top quality, well run and very fair company. Badger State Restoration was fantastic to work with when we had water damage from a burst pipe. When it happened we were overwhelmed thinking about all the people we would have to contact. They guided us through every step of the process - from the initial phone call, coordinating with the insurance, explaining our options and their assessments, to completing the finishing touches. We really appreciated that they took care of everything from start to finish and they coordinated any outside contractors that were needed.
Every person we interacted with on the staff was very professional - from the owner to every member on the staff. It was made clear to us that they wanted us to be completely satisfied. Our basement got back to perfect condition in a very timely manner thanks to Badger State Restoration!
