Badger State Used Tires

I WAS a life long customer to this company. Been using there services for over 15 years. Until I had 2 unreal bad experience with there employee. I expect to be treated like a person not a dog. They do work and charge you with out asking, if you tell them the way you want something they belittle you and try to get you to do it by being rude. I just can't believe they would treat a paying customer this way. I made a report with the owner and on but instances he did nothing, he actually stuck up for this particular employee. I will never bring a single tire or anything to them my entire family has there rotations and work done there every fall and spring. Not any more, I own a company I would never in my life treat my customers the way they do!!! You can see what kinda people they are by all the reviews on other web sites. Please look around and look at the reviews on them before hiring them. It's just to bad that over the years iv spent thousands of dollars there!!! Buyers beware!!!!!

Review: The guys at Badger State Tire put a pair of bald tires on the front of my car. My car started getting wobbly steering after I had a front end alignment done just one day after they installed the pair of tires on the front. I went back to Badger State Tire on Velp, Dec. 9, 2013, and asked them to balance the tires. I told them my was getting wobbly steering. They said one of the problems could be a bad ply. They took the front tires off and then told me the tires were bald and denied they put those tires on my car. They accused me of moving my back tires to the front. After haggling with one of the guys, he said he was going to look at the video to see whether the guys put the tires on the back or the front. I told him what time I was in the shop on Nov. 25, 2013. I asked him if they would exchange the tires for a better pair. He said the warranty doesn't cover wearing it only covers defects or leaking. He said he would call me after looking at the video. I returned to the mechanic's shop who did my front end alignment, and after looking over the car, he said there's nothing wrong with my front end, and the problem is the bad tires. The rep from Badger State Tire called back on Dec. 10th and said they don't have video on the bay that I was in that day. He offered to install another pair for the cost of the tires with free balancing and mounting. I prefer a refund of $84.40 for the defective tires they installed.Desired Settlement: I prefer a refund of $84.40 for the worn and defective tires they installed.

Unfortunately this customer is not calling us back, after 5 attempts to call her within the past 24hrs. Badger Tire reserves the right to determine whether the tires, in dispute, were purchased from us and this will only be done if she can stop by with the vehicle and the "bald" tires inspected for recent installation. If its determined that they were installed recently, which bead sealer and a new stem will show, her refund or full replacement will be granted. Should it show otherwise, she will be explained the tires are old and dated and are bald from being on her car. Badger Tire has exhausted all efforts to reach this customer and determine what happened in this matter. We look forward to hearing from her and working with her to determine how to property handle this situation.
