gave Badger Veterinary Hospital a bad review.  I, Abby followed up with the doctor and showed her the review.  She then went to owner/doctor to explain her treatment plan etc and notes from original appointment.  The original doctor then discussed that she would not feel comfortable to continue treatment of animal.  So she and owner decided he would see patient and continue working with client on payment.  The director of operations then tried to reach out to the client to just explain the change in schedule.  The client then did not show up for scheduled appointment.   Please feel free to contact me at any time to discuss this situation.  Thank you for your time,[redacted]Badger Veterinary Hospital
