Review: I was told the job would be done by 6/1/15. They started 6/22/15. I was told 2 days to complete and it took a month or more. The roof I had installed leaks around my sky light. They tried to fix it once and now it still leaks. I talked with the owner and he said he would come out Thursday at 4:30 to talk about the problem. He never showed . I have called 3 times to the business phone and the owners personal phone over the last 2 weeks and have had no reply.Desired Settlement: Leak free roof.

Do Not Use This Company!! I hired them to replace my gutters, soffet and fascia. Their customer service was terrible. The list of things they did poorly is very long, but some examples are: trying to increase the initial quote saying not everything was covered, but the initial quote and the new quote were worded exactly the same, lack of communication, vague dates that they did not and could not meet, not calling when they said they would, not returning emails, tearing off my gutters without having the proper supplies to reinstall and leaving my house without gutters for over a week. I had to call repeatedly to get any answers or action on my house, I was told 3 weeks and the job took over 6 weeks. The only reason it got done when it did was because I contacted AJ, the owner and finally worked directly with him. I would look elsewhere for your gutter needs!

If your are having an Insurance claim make sure you have them help you. or you may get run over as I did. After meeting with AJ. He was so quit to address additional things and code issues that the insurance co missed. if anybody uses BADGERLAND EXTERIORS you will not be dissatisfied at all. I already have them starting the repairs in Manitowoc WI and the storm was only a few days ago. WOW !!!!!!

I was very pleased with the overall experience I had with Badgerland Exterior. From the initial conversation with the salesman, to the crews coming out in a timely fashion, the quality of work that was done, and finally the follow up with the salesman. They were easy to work with and very accommodating.
