This company is horrible at customer serviceThey NEVER return phone callsDo not even bother, seems like they only want to work with new constructionWould NOT recommend- there are better local fireplace companies!!!
Badgerland Fireplace is another company that expects its customers to give a two hour allowance for its service technicians to arrive at the jobsite, but unfortunately has a problem with timeliness. Due to the extremely cold weather and the nearly 8 mile distance to the jobsite,I recently (January 25, 2014) made an arrangement with [redacted] at their office to have his service rep [redacted] call me upon completion of his last appointment prior to coming to one of our rental homes to resolve a serious C.O. issue with our Heatilator gas fireplace. I was told that [redacted] will be on his way and could be at the tenant occupied property in about twenty minutes. [redacted] did not show up at the promised time, and had me wait out in the freezing cold for 1 1/2 hours, only to learn that he would not have arrived to the site until THREE HOURS LATER! This company appears to have NO regard for other people's time, and demonstrated very poor punctuality. I would NOT want to seek any future services from Badgerland Fireplace, Inc. Consumer Beware!
