get him deals on doors ect.  Our company spent 2 weeks there helping with excavator and trenching and drilling holes. We had to modify existing building to accept new building as well as use our equipment to finish the leveling process. Unfortunately the weather turned extremely cold and froze everything. Mr. [redacted] then said come back in spring.  Come March we were getting ready to get going on it and I had spoken to him we were finishing a job and would start approx 2 weeks later his son called Me and said dad is sick and we don't wanna build the building. I stated we had a contract and I was entitled to the profit of the job. His father then passed and we have been going round and round on this building. They even stopped at a customer job 1.5 weeks ago. The profit on this job was to be approx 17,000 I have plenty of man hours in this job as well as equipment time ect. We would have gladly built this building but they have made it clear the farm will be going away and there is no need for it now.
