Review: Last March 25, 2013, we sent to 2 packages (boxes) to Philippines via this company. We paid a total of $62.00 ($52 for the big box & $10 for the small one). When my daughter received the box in the Philippines, it looked closed and and intact that why they sign the form that says they received them in good condition. However, looking at the contents, a toy tablet worth $99 we bought from Target store is missing from the small box. When they further inspect the small box, the tape was tampered open and then re-closed.We talked to the wife/owner of the Badua International company who them made us work with [redacted] of [redacted] ([redacted]) for several weeks to resolve the problem. They refuse to help us in anyway because they claim that my daughter have a signed documents proving the boxes were intact when received. Now both parties, Badua International & [redacted] do not wish to help us. Please help.Desired Settlement: Since the amount of the missing item ($99 + tax) is higher than the service amount of $62, we only expect them to pay us at least $50 - which is half the value of the missing item. or whatever amount you deem reasonable.Thank you very much for all your help.

Our delivery
drivers are all very professionals of their work. This company has these same
delivery drivers for over 7 years and had not hired any new drivers. In other
words, these delivery drivers are very careful of not making mistakes. They
will not jeopardize their job for a little thing. Work in the Philippines is
very difficult to find. Losing their job is losing their livelihood. To protect
our delivery drivers, the company came up with a Proof of Delivery. This proof
of delivery is to be signed by the recipient stating that he/she received the
box(es) in good condition and most importantly it is sealed.
The
accusation of Mr. [redacted] is unfounded. My company has a picture taken
during the delivery of the box to prove that the box was in good condition when
it was received. There is also a proof of delivery receipt stating that the box
been delivered sealed and in good condition, signed by the
receiver. Being said that, Mr. [redacted] also failed to declare what was
inside that box.
Enclosed are
a copy of photos and proof of delivery receipt when it was received. Notice
that the picture of the boxes were in tack and in good condition, not open nor
tampered with. To get that item out of the box that Mr. [redacted] is enunciating
is impossible without opening that box. After all the investigations, and with
the proof of delivery stating that the box was sealed and in good
condition signed by the recipient, I am convinced that the item Mr. [redacted] is
claiming may have not been packed in that box. Plus not declaring
it on the invoice ITEM DESCRIPTION, Therefore this company will not
take the responsibility of that lost item.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
