I spent 2hrs going over budget for this deck restoration with customers husbandI 60% rusted through railing was spray painted black as requeste My professional opinion was to replace railing, but customer is on a budget understandablyWe used tarps under when painting I left the leftover paint for this customer because her husband insisted he was going to put more in the deckAs far as the short boar I spoke with the cystomers son and also mentioned that the 2inch tacks in the steps can't be removed without tearing up the wood Her adult son told me not to worry about it because they are putting a carpet running down the steps for the dog I will not be returning to this property for any reasonI worked with their budget and communicated about everythingThe husband was very combative and accusatory about many things trying to blame me for window issue After job was complete, I left primises to never return I felt harrased by husband each time I was there to work
