Review: As I was trying to put gas into my car I noticed that the gas line hose had a hole in it. and gas was spilling onto the ground I notified the attendant. He shut off the gas. I asked him to credit my account for $11.31, because the gas did not go into my tank but spilled onto the ground. He proceeded to tell that it was my fault. I called BP and spoke to a representative. When I explained the problem, he spoke to the gas station attendant to try to resolve the problem. The BP representative was unsuccessful and told me that the attendant said that he could not refund the money or allow me to pump that amount into my car from another pump.Desired Settlement: Credit my credit card or allow me to pump gas totaling the amount charged to my credit card.
