I am rejecting this response because: The stores have different ideas regarding the hold policy than the corporate workforce The employees of the store thought that the hold policy is hours, or until close of the following business day That is what we were told, and they should not have sold the item In an industry where the customer is "always right," there needs to be some action taken against the employee who made the wrong decision, and some education from corporate needs to be distributed to the retail locations However, I would like to note that the store manager, after a week and a half, took initiative and figured out how to order a replacement for his employee's mistake The corporate team needs to learn about customer service, and communicating with their retail stores With the assistance of the retail store manager, I now have the item, and had them price adjust to what it was when it was on hold. In reviewing the customer’s complaint about the discontinuation of catalog mailing; the account reflects the mailings were discontinued on 6/9/15. Mailing labels are preprinted by our catalog mailing company and it can take weeks to be discontinued. The customer should not receive any
