Review: while driving from Ohio to Maine, late in the evening my motorcycle broke down. A good samaritan, ([redacted] owner) contacted Baer and discussed my problem with my broken down [redacted]. The employee name Jason told him to have it towed and they would fix it. When I arrived and the dealer opened they denied any conversation and told me they could not help me. I reminded them of their promise as the tow truck driver arrived the night before. They quickly looked at the motorcycle, blew out the electrical charged me $38 and sent me down the road. And at 100 feet away I broke down again. I also noticed that an empoyee at Baer broke my windshield. I called them and they then called someone else ([redacted]'s) to tell them to take care of me. Leaving me stranded again.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded as they did not fix any problem, nor did they find the problem. It turned out to be a broken fuel pump, and I did pay Rusty $300 to fix that. The motorcycle ran perfectly the rest of trip
