Hello, its our best wishes to help you resolve this matter at this time like a explain before we are not doing Movings anymore science I told you the first time if the business appears open doesn't mind we doing moving the owner and I we had a accident on September and our business unfortunately come down for financial issues we are trying our best to get back in business and help you paying the $that we agreed for what I wear that was the book caseSoon we recovery I'm in the best position to make payments as you said or paid in full once again even we didn't the damage because we pick up and dispatch everything in good conditionThank you for your time and for the patience

I am rejecting this response because: her response is the problemI spoke with *** I paid Baez movers about to move me and deliver my goods in the condition they were picked upif not they should have insuranceInsurance didn't deny me they deny Baez movers because of a coverage issueStolen means taken without my permissionthey damaged it and didn't tell me so they took itThe only reason it was reported is because I noticed it was missing*** tells me she can only pay me back for what's stolen after the workers she hired pays herBut I didn't pay workers I paid Baez moversMy contract is with Baez movers, not anyone elsewho they hired to deliver my merchandise is not who my contract is withAll you've said is that you're no longer doing moves is because you're not supposed to, but you're still moving The company didn't even say let me reimburse you for the move and give you for the missing itemAll they said was is we don't have money and that's itMy return responses sometimes went weeks and they there's nothingSo referring me to an insurance company in which you don't have proper coverage and telling me I might be reimbursed for the If they give you money does not replace my itemsSo of course she keeps pointing the blameso what you're doing is very fraudulent if you're not going to own the mistakes the company made by hiring whoever delivered my itemsI would like to start being reimbursedWhat's really sad is the company never even said can we make payment arrangements nothingSo no attempt has actually been made to resolve or reimburse me ... I have copies of communication as well as the contract that says Baez movers

Hello,I would like to explain that we try to help this client the best we could trough our insurance but they denied the claim, after that We was interested to keep helping her even we didn't make any of that and she know that the only damage that I was aware and it wasn't stolen it was a book case...

worth it of $300 and the company who makes the damage never respond me again about this. Other then what I just try to do the only what I can do it's for her to try claimed on the company who delivered for her the company is super movers [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: you are saying the same thing. You keep saying the same thing .. I paid you Baez movers I in full to deliver my items in the same condition and if not have insurance to cover. You did not do either one.. Damaged items, invalid in insurance.  Sept was the accident and October moves are still being done. You can't appear to move someone.  However the issue is payment , arrangements anything???  300 was to replace the missing book case the rest insurance would have handled but of course they did not . So again how and when  are we going to reimburse Me? That's the question that need to be addressed without justification on who you had deliver items I paid you for.... Ijustt want to know what kind of agreementt as far as reimbursement for items I've had to replace outve pocket that were in great condition When you moved Me are we going to do to pay me back?

Good Morning, I was aware of this complaint, when we provide the service to this lady we protect every furniture that she had at that time with the refrigerator we protect it and take the handle off and we give it to her, when she notify me about this I make a appointment with her to go check...

the damage that she said. When we look the damage we explain to her how everything was done and that it wasn't proof that we did it and the witness that she is talking it wasn't that day there when we when to see the  damage we told her that we was in the best position to help her but that it was a process to follow and she send me all the information that I need and I still working on that I never negative to her to pay the damage even is not proof that we didn't  all our customers know that we have insurance and it take time we are a serious company.
