The customer and I had communication problems that I had only recognized when the job beganFirst and foremost my name is Nino B***The design and contract we did for Kim called for us to install an Arborvitae shrub - which we did, so there should be no issue with the plantWeeds are always coming up especially two weeks after completion - they should be expectedWe did not install weed fabric because she and I did not agree to have us install the fabric, nor did we even talk about installing itIt would have been out of her budget and was of a lesser priorityBut now I am being blamed for not installing it when we did not agree on it.Upon completion we had a hard time getting paidShe tried to pay us with a check (which worked) and two different gift cards (which didn't work)My foreman and myself told her to water the plants once every other day in the morning, and to soak the roots of the plant in until the water is overflowing out of the rootsKim texted me a few days ago and told me that her pants were dyingShe has been watering them once every day for one minuteShe had the watering schedule wrong and we are now being blamed for the plants not being taken care of correctlyIt is us to the customer to take care of the plants correctly after the job is completedI have no problem instructing them after the completion of the project because my reputation is only the line, but I can not hover over each job after completion to ensure its success if we are not watering it ourselvesI have pictures of the project from every angle and know exactly how it looksIt was installed as we had originally planned

coming up especially two weeks after completion - they should be expected. We did not install weed fabric because she and I did not agree to have us install the fabric, nor did we even talk about installing it. It would have been out of her budget and was of a lesser priority. But now I am being blamed for not installing it when we did not agree on it.Upon completion we had a hard time getting paid. She tried to pay us with a check (which worked) and two different gift cards (which didn't work). My foreman and myself told her to water the plants once every other day in the morning, and to soak the roots of the plant in until the water is overflowing out of the roots. Kim texted me a few days ago and told me that her pants were dying. She has been watering them once every day for one minute. She had the watering schedule wrong and we are now being blamed for the plants not being taken care of correctly. It is us to the customer to take care of the plants correctly after the job is completed. I have no problem instructing them after the completion of the project because my reputation is only the line, but I can not hover over each job after completion to ensure its success if we are not watering it ourselves. I have pictures of the project from every angle and know exactly how it looks. It was installed as we had originally planned.
