Below is the communication we had with Ms*** Michelle ordered the items from BA Filter Supply, not BA Appliance Parts which do have separate return policies and pricing for most itemsWe are in the process of converting over to one siteAs you can see in the emails below, we explained this

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  But for the record, they did not offer to waive the re-stocking fee, until I had filed the claim with the Revdex.com.  As their email indicates, they are one in the same company - as I stated.
