I TRIED to be a customer; however, the poor follow up by their "front man," Ryan P [redacted] , ended up forcing me to look elsewhereI had some water damage, and this company came highly recommended by my State Farm adjusterRyan's follow up, from very early on, was so bad that I called my insurance agent directly and asked if this was a typical problem they had with WiltonI was surprised to find out that it WASN'T typical at allWithin minutes of that call, I received an apologetic call from Ryan assuring me that everything would be "perfect" from that point onI've been trying to firm up something with him since we agreed on the work to be done, which has simply taken him too longI've moved onAnd, for the record, if you have water damage and you take the time to get estimates, you can get the work done cheaperSorry Wilton, but Ryan is no asset to you
