Review: I ordered products from the company's web site. I called immediately afterwards for more information on my order, and was told that my products would be delivered on Friday. On Friday, I called back to check on my shipment. I was told that it could take several more days before the products even shipped, so I asked to cancel my order. I was told that a refund to my credit card would be issued in 2-3 business days. After five business days, I called back to check on my refund, and was told that there was no one available to check refund status, as everyone that could were out for the next few days (and that no refunds would be issued until they returned). This company has tied up my funds for nine days at this point, and according to customer service I have no recourse until their credit manager returns next week.Desired Settlement: I would like my funds returned to me, as I have nothing to show for my trouble except a bad customer service experience at this point.
