I feel that the $110 the owner withheld from my security deposit is more than covered from the money he should refunded from lack of a working bathroom.  Only the toilet was fixed late in our stay. We never had a second working shower. To withhold any of our security deposit, I feel, was a travesty when a refund was warranted. I inadvertently missed a line in the contract saying all trash had to removed. Garbage cans were provided in one of the out buildings and that's where we put the trash. It seemed reasonable to us, people were from out of town and we had no way of disposing of trash and I would think this would be the case for most of his renters. If there was a separate charge for trash removal, it should have been noted in the contract.
